The Karnataka State Board of Auqaf, has constituted the advisory committee with Administrator on 12.09.2014 along with five members. Janab G.A Bava, Rtd. DCP as Administrator ,Janab Mubeen Munaver, Janab Abdul Azeez , Janab Syed Rasheed Ahmed, Janab Shaik Fazilulla are the members of the committee. During this period the following are the achievements of the committee.

1. Valuation of the property of HHS & HMS Complex Premises was done by appointing a property valuer, Mr. Hafeezullah. The prevailing rental value in the area is between Rs.80/- per sq.ft to Rs. 150/- Per Sq. ft as per the valuer.

2. Team of members along with the administrator visited Medi Agrahara Village and spotted out 78 acres of goumalaland and to start up the fecing work immediately.

3. Scholarship to the meritorious and deserving students.

4. Financial Assistance to the needy and deserving patients.

5. Various coaching classes was conducted for the better future of the community candidates.

6. Aasar-E-Mubarak was celebrated in Gumbad Masjid every year.

7. Celebration of annual sandal Urs of Hazrath Hameed Shah Khadri and Hazrath Muhib Shah Khadri (RA) Dargah.

8. Arrangement of Ifthar in the HHS & HMS Gumbad Masjid for the interest of the visiting musallies every year.

9. The management is giving hard to improve the revenue of the above Institution by revising the old rents being paid by the tenants with an intention to spend the additional revenue for the benefit of poor community meritorious students to built their career.

10. The management have proposed to construct 3rd floor with an plinth area of 40,000 Sq.ft which will fetch an additional rental income of 20.00 lakhs per month. The Central Wakf Council team New Delhi has visited and assured a loan of Rs.5 crores for the construction of 3rd floor.

The Karnataka State Board of Auqaf under its Order No. KBW/M-1/82/BNU/80-81 dated 04.03.2016 have constituted a managing committee comprising of 11 members for the management of the institution, Janab G.A Bava Sahib is the President of the managing committee.

Achievements:
1. Construction of New I.T.I Block.

Managing Committee has decided to construct the Industrial Training Institute at the premises of HHS & HMS Complex, Janab Nasir Aziz Sahib, Convener Estate and Construction Committee produced the architectural drawing and structural designs and construction of I.T.I was started on 11th November 2016.

2. Construction of First Floor of Gumbad Masjid.

Before this committee there is only ground floor it is difficult for musalies for performing prayer. So committee was decided for extension of first floor of Gumbad Masjid. President, Janab G.A BavaSaheb, arranged for dua ceremony on 3rd March 2017 after Assar Namaaz by inviting Maoulana Shamshul Haq Hussainy Saheb Imam –o- Khateeb, of Lakkad Shah Masjid, Bangalore. Started the work after 3rd March 2017. This construction is completed and was inaugurated on 22.02.2018.

3. Construction of Wazzu Khana

An wazoo khana exists adjacent to the masjid the present managing committee has renovated with the modern facilities for the mussalies visiting to the masjid, the foundation stone of wazoo khana was laid by Rahaman khan Rajyasaba ,MP, on 11/11/2016 & it was inaugurated by JanabTanveerSait, Primary & Secondary Education minister, and Duwa ByMoulanaHabeeb Ur Rehman Dated: 22.02.2018.

4. Construction of Free Dialysis Center.

Providing free dialysis for poor and needy peoples for all communities with P.P.P Project. We are delivering free dialysis service which is back bone of health, by making the service more available to all, to ensure better health outcome, under the clinically skillful and competent medical condition focusing on promoting healthy life style, under the supervision and services of qualified and trained medical and nursing staff the formula is to ensure right treatment is administered at right time. Shree Ramesh Kumar, Minister for health was kind enough to help to open the free dialysis center.

5. Primary Health Center

Providing free treatment for out patients with free consultation medicines will be supplied free along with the diagnosis.

6. Girls Hostel

Girls Hostel is constructed by Mr. Ziaulla Sharieff and donated for the poor and needy Muslim girls in the land of HHS & HMS Complex. 1 crore has been allotted on 31.12.2015 in the budget by the Govt. of Karnataka when Shree Siddramaiah was Chief Minister of Karnataka for the infrastructure and other work for the girls hostel.

7. Arch & Minar for Hazrath Muhib Shah Dargah.

A proposal has been approved by the committee for the construction of Arch and Minor for dargah. Arch and Minar for dargah is being constructed.

8. V.K Obaidullah School

This school was earlier adopted by a business group. The group got into legal entanglement and the financial assistance from them abruptly stopped creating panic in Students, parents, teachers and staff and the locality. There were 1800 students in the school coming from the poorest of poor in the society. Understanding the gravity of the situation, the committee, responded to the appeals from the local social workers and leaders, adopted the school and running it successfully at an estimated expenses of Rs.1,00,00,000/- per annum. Hon’ble Ex. Education Minister Sri B C Nagesh who visited the school was highly impressed and appreciated the efforts of the committee & allocated LKG, UKG & subsequently provided a PUC College for girls with Arts, & commerce stream, while Hon’ble Minister of Housing, Wakf & Minority Affairs, Mr. B Z Zameer Ahmed Khan, Hon’ble Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Mr. Madhu Bangarappa has initiated to start the Science course, however they along with Mr. Rizwan Arshad, Hon. MLA, Shivajinagar, helped in sanctioning an amount of Rs. 12.82 crores, towards settlement of IMA case.
The College has stood first in entire north District of Bengaluru, it having excellent infrastructure with state of the art lab facility, library & experience faculty.
The annual fee for the enter year is only Rs.300, last year two students from the school has achieved state awards in Atal Tinkering Lab ( Robotics Lab)

9. Blood Bank

The poor are finding it very difficult to get blood when in need. They have to run around. At times, they do not get the blood. Even if they get, each bottle of blood costs Rs.1,800/-. In order to enable the poor to get the blood on a nominal and affordable cost, the blood bank was established in the year 2022, The donors would be motivated and encouraged to donate blood. The blood so collected shall be given to the needy on an affordable cost, a team of Doctors with MBBS & MD Pathology, DCP, In Technical Supervisor: BSc. MLT, Technician: DMLT, In Staff Nurse: GNM, Social Worker: MSW are looking after the blood bank,
This blood bank provides top-notch services, including blood donation, storage, and distribution, with advanced technology and skilled professionals ensuring the safety and integrity of blood products. You can reach out to them for appointments or inquiries.

Some of the services offered by HHS HMS Blood Centre include:

Blood Donation: Streamlined process ensuring donor comfort and safety

Blood Component Separation: Providing various blood components like red blood cells, plasma, and platelets

Emergency Services: Supporting emergency situations, surgeries, and chronic conditions requiring regular transfusions.

Till now 3611-unit blood collected, 4407-unit blood (Red blood cells, Plasma, and Platelets) issued, out of which 172 units of blood issued to Bowring Hospital for free of cost, till now a total 109 voluntary blood donation camps have been conducted till now.

10. HHS & HMS Skills Development Center Program & varies Initiatives

The center is offering various short-term training programs under:
1. CMKKY
2. PMKKY
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) schemes

Current and Upcoming Programs:
- Free Taxi Driver Training for men and women for 100 members is approved (Registration ongoing)
- General Duty Assistant (GDA) training for boys and girls under CSR by Shrusti Foundation (launching soon) approved for 500 members.

11. Placement Support

A Placement Centre, similar to an Employment Exchange, is likely to be established soon to support unemployed youths.

12. Multi Storey Parking

A state-of-the-art multi storey parking is coming up in place of the existing one.
